Has this succeeded for you previously - or are you setting this up for the first time ?
Can you show us settings for your service? The settings, request, and response tabs please (please do not include or white out any user / password information)....
I've received the code above previously - but only when trying to send an attachment from a client device that was too large and would not transmit in enough time. Are you trying to send attachments ?
