Hi,

I was wondering where the Appery.io Backend Service Servers are located. With recent changes to safe harbor agreement, will this be an issue for european appery.io users?

Cheers,
Peter

Hello Peter,

We use Amazon services to keep all the data, we haven't got any problems with them yet.

Well ... Amazon has datacenter all over the world ... could you answer the question please. Some american company are now days including the standard European Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) in their contract to propose a workaround to the cancellation of Safe Harbor. Could you please elaborate a bit on how Appery.io react on this major issue ?

Hi Rouhaud - the platform is running on the Amazon cloud and that's also where all the data is. Our current data center is on the East Coast of the United States. If you go with the Enterprise plan (http://appery.io/pricing), you can host the entire platform or any component that you need in a location of your choice.

We are considering opening data centers in Europe for the public cloud version, but I don't have a timeline yet.
