Hello

    Push notifications were working fine on Android and IOS . 

ANDROID works perfect.

But now they have stopped working on IOS.

When a user installs the APP the phone does ask them if they want to receive notifications from the app.

IOS devices registered themselves and there deviceID appears in Appery database.

When I send a push notification APPERY scheduled and history shows that the notification was sent to ALL devices.

The notifications never appear on the device. They dont appear with or without the APP working.

I just pushed an update to APPLE using XCODE and all the latest versions available through APPERY.

This use to work fine but for some reason it has stopped working.

Any ideas?

We didn't changed anything from our side too. When you say you have pushed an update using xCode -- could you clarify what exactly have you made?

It stopped working about 2 months ago. I thought it was something with the update APPERY pushed back then or maybe a certificate issue. So I figured I will export the app to xcode and submit a updated version of the app with ALL the new updates Appery has pushed over the last few months. I figured that might fix the notification issue but it did not.

Sorry -- if you had pushed updates through the xCode from that point it does not relates any more to our service, so I can't say what could be possibly wrong here.
