There is a Google map component on the Property Facts page that is not showing the information when the marker is clicked. Is this a bug or is there something else that should be done?

How did you define the marker? Can you attach a screen shot of how it looks in the builder?
If you put the mouse over the marker, you will see the text as a tooltip. Place a component such as Label inside the info window - you will see it when you click and open it.
