Events not firing in updated app

The buttons in the 'ALS Service Updated' app do not appear to respond to events. SetupPage is currently the Start Page; it has a button with the text 'Button' which should navigate to a different page (CostComponent). But in Test mode, clicking on the button has no effect. Chrome, Version 31.0.1650.63 m
Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.2)
