How to remove the arrow icon from the List element?

Is there a way to remove the arrow icon from the List element?

It worked if there's no caption/label on the list item. But when I add the label the arrow icon is back?

Hm... it works fine if I don't have a Label. Can you please try to remove the text from the list item and ad a label instead to see if it works?
