We are working on this issue, it's a caching issue. Even though the changes are saved, the cache is not cleared. You can try this to force the update:
I just tried that, but no success. I also tried completely logging out of appery and then back in without luck, tried opening a different app, previewed it, then opened up app of interest - no success either. I'm using Internet Explorer on Windows 8 if that makes a difference.

Try clearing the browser cache.
That worked! Have to hit F12 while in IE10. Then select 'Cache'....'Clear browser cache'.
I'm experiencing the same problem in Chrome. I cleared the cache and it still did not show my changes. I added a component, saved, deleted the component, saved, and tested. That didn't work either.
Tried the same thing in Firefox and that didn't work either.
Try also closing and re-opening the project.
I tried that too and it did not work.
