That's right, on appery I always get an error building the ipa file, so I've been building it using https://build.phonegap.com
I just tried again on appery and got the message "Oh no! It wasn't supposed to happen but the build failed."
In order to build it on phonegap.com I've been exporting the HTML/JS/CSS from the Export iOS option on appery, and it has worked.
What can I do?
If you're able to build through phonegap.com you should be able to build .ipa file through Appery.io . Please check Apple certificate, Provisioning profile and password in App settings--iOS binary tab.
Most likely when you build using phonegap.com barcode scanner plugin is not attached.
Ok, I was using a development certificate and had not checked the "release" checkbox in app settings. If I check it, the build completes.
But then, even when I copied this built file to my ipad using itunes, I got an error installing it because the "device was not compatible". I asume this has to do allowing my ipad to test the app in my development certificate, which I did. But may be the "release" option messed it up.
I finally got it to work just scanning the QR code after the build was complete in appery, instead of installing the file via itunes.
