I'm sorry, responded from my brother's account, so I deleted it to not be confusing! REQUEST data is below.

Please add a deviceID parameter to the query parameters instead of the body.

Please test the same on the application browser test, instead of the service test in the Visual Editor, and send us these screenshots (request and response parameters)

Sorry for the delay! When I pressed the button on the app in the browser, two items came up in the network tab:

Request header + payload:

Response header:

(including the other response tab):

I can post the deviceID if you like as well, or anything else if needed.

It seems you did'n send any deviceId to the database request. Could you send us screenshot from your service settings tab? We need to know, which parameters does it have.

Would this be the service settings tab you are referring towards?

It all seems like it is close to being finished, thank you so much for your help.

Please change URL parameter < deviceID to {diviceID} and use that request parameter deviceID with your value

Ok, I changed it to {deviceID} in the URIL parameter, as seen below:

The deviceID parameter is one of the deviceIDs in our DB:

Does the deviceID I am using to test the service only work if I am on that device? Is that why I am still getting this response when I test in the app browser on the computer:

Thank you so much,

Logan
