I would like to copy an exiting page / How can I do that?
Hello,
You can create a plug-in from existing page.
Find more here: http://docs.tiggzi.com/documentation/...
This does not work. I exported an entire project as a plug-in. Then I created a new project and followed your instructions to 'Create new' from plugin. Your public plugins are available for selection but the plugin I just exported and named is not. I can see it in my Plugins list, but am unable to import it.
Where is it. How do I do it.
Katya,
Thanks. I'm not sure how this helps me in a different project, however. The use case is this: I have a 50+ page project and I'd like to cut it into two projects. So, I:
1) Exported the entire project as a plug-in
2) Created a new project
3) Attempted to Create New From Plug-in
But my exported Plug-In is not available, even though I can see it in my 'Plugins' directory.

Peter,
You can export not the whole app but separated components. You can export also services only. You're not allowed to export pages without services added. You can't save plug-in without selecting its category.
Services belong to page are ticked automatically:
On the screen shot you can see re-exported page. Search page had been exported and imported back, the service was added and the name was changed.
Katya,
I still do not understand.
I WANT to export the entire project. If I cannot export an entire project, why is there a check box called, "Export entire project"?
I understand that I cannot export a plug-in without selecting a category. The IDE will not even let you export until you select a category. Naturally, I selected a category. I chose 'Mobile.'
However, when I attempt to import my exported project-as-plug-in, it does not appear in the 'Mobile' section of the available plug-ins.
I even checked the 'Add this plugin as project template" option. I still cannot create a new project based on that template, or add that exported plugin to a newly created project.
/Peter
I think what Katya meant is that you are not required to export the entire project. There is a check box so you can definitely do that. When you do export the the project as a plug-in, do you see it listed under Plug-ins (exit the builder)
Yes, it is listed under Plug-ins. I have one with Project Template = Yes, and another set to No.
Neither plug-in is available when I create a new Project using the Project Wizard.
Neither plug-in available when I try to add the plug-in to a freshly-created project using the Create New From Plug-in method.
Yes, I define the 'Mobile' category each time I create a plug-in.
The project from which you exported the plug-in, what is its type (mobile app or mobile web)?
