Hello! I reproduced this problem, looks like a bug - I'll check it with our developers team. But here is how I get it working - you need to change project type from Mobile Web to Mobile App, export app with changed type as plugin. After that you should see exported as plugin project in plugins list. Please take a look at the screenshot:

the workaround works for now, but it would be nice if you could export type 'Web' projects.
