I am happy !
trying to summarize how you could make your way through my img cropper stuff, I realized what cld be the reason of my sticky slider to set img scale.
in fact, I was going through a UI label to store each of the slider's value change.
then, once in the JS, the function was picking up the UI label's value to set the new img scale (incrementing unit by unit).
my beginner mistake , I shall hv passed the value change as variable from function to function.
the code is done this way now and it works fine

Thought I could make it work but not yet.
There is some improvements but still the slider is not smooth.
it works fine on first use but gets bad from the 2nd time.

app name : ToopeewappCropperTesting
on login popup
username : appery
pw : appery
appNum : 10
check and confirm

on start page press "All Of Us collection"
after loading press in footer "add [picture]"
you should reach that page:

press "load image"
then, use the slider.
it will work fine on the first time.

press crop and, in footer "confirm"
on new page, just "cancel"

then, try a 2nd time.
both, on desktop viewer and on Android, from 2nd time it gets stuck. unless, tapping from value to value, but no sliding.

any idea ?

yes, when browser cash is empty the slider works fine.
however, after using once, it gets like full of data and doesn't slide smoothly any longer.
any idea ?
