I'm not able go sign in into your app. The Salesforce authorization URL is https://test.salesforce.com -- are you sure that's the correct URL?
Its a sandbox so thats the usual url? Presume thats correct as it lets me login ok.
I wasn't able to sign in. I had no problems signing into developer.salesforce.com.
