Hello Maryna,
You mean add those 2 codes into the PhoneGapActivity.java or all the code on the right side of the screenshot you posted?
After that step, what is the next step to finishing with the ad and sending the app to google to be published?

I hate to ask this but is it possible for you to add it to the app since I have already "shared" it with you? I've already got the admob.jar in the area the steps said I believe. The picture you posted- I'm confused about what code goes where. whatever code you want me to input into either eclipse or the appery.io page and such.
We can't see your app because you work with your local project in Eclipse.
You can find file PhoneGapActivity.java in Eclipse by path: src-io.appery.project*
Okay, so I open expand that file and put which coding in it?
I'm sorry I have to tell you, but once app is exported outside the Appery.io, further app editing in xCode/Eclipse fails outside the scope of our support.
I understand. I just wish there were better directions for this sort of thing. Appery.io is great, but adding an Ad to the app is downright ridiculous. A little clarification in your replies might be useful. I just couldn't figure out what code you said I should put where. It seems like all the information is there in your replies, but it isn't cohesive.
Thank you for your time,
Chris
Hi Christopher,
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Just add the following lines:preimport com.google.ads.*;
import android.widget.LinearLayout;/preAfter the lines that start from 'import' in the beginning of file PhoneGapActivity.java
I did. It didn't work and I officially give up hope of having it in the app.
Please let us know in case you need further help.
