We recently published our support policy: http://docs.appery.io/support-policy/. If it's an Appery.io REST API service, we will help you.

I have discovered my app no longer works at all, even without the upgrade. Is this because it has references to tiggzi everywhere?

Upgrade app

You shouldn't use it in any new app but there is backwards compatibility. Was your app accessing any Appery.io services or using the Appery.io proxy?

It uses the tiggzi proxy and services

We recently updated the proxy. In order to use the proxy, you need to have an active Appery.io account.

As for services, do you access Appery.io database, push, server code or a 3rd party API?

I use rest services to execute scripts on my server

It could be the proxy. All current apps in Appery.io were migrated to use the new proxy.

Can I just update that in the code - and if so how?

It has to be done inside the app builder.
