I'm new to Appery and Javascript. I found the solution given a tad complex with encoding and decoding. I want the photo clicked by camera to be uploaded to the server in the background. My understanding is that the photo should be saved to a local variable and a POST request should be made. However, this process fails at the 'saving photo to local variable' step. Has there been any work on this issue and what's the simplest solution? A step-by-step answer will be really helpful.
Hi Rahul, I'll check and update.
I think a mega basic tutorial of "Taking a photo and posting it to the database" would be incredible. I'm having trouble combining the two tutorials to try and get it working.
