You can do it on your own. Go to Project--App settings--Package name. Please note it should have specific format like io.appery.project121004 (for example com.myapp.thebestapp).
One more thing... currently there is a bug, after you change package name build fails. As a workaround you have to delete project on Source tab from ANDROID folder and Undo all source changes.

Perhaps you restored project from backup, or deleted original project from Appery.io and started developing new one.

If you want to update existing version you should have certificate, but you don't have one if I understand correctly. So there is no way to update version unless you have original project with certificate. Could you clarify when did you upload app on Google store?
If you don't need to update app version and want to upload new app insted and it gives you error "duplicate projectid io.appery.project121004", you have to change package name as I suggested here https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...

i have changed my package name to vidya.systems.project121213. it havent give any error over there , but when i tried to export .apk i got following error
