Found the problem with my multi-select box. Put in some css so I could see the underlying page on a pop-up (copied from elsewhere in this forum) but that suppresses the top of the multi-select. Took the code out ".ui-dialog .ui-header .ui-btn-icon-notext { display: none !important;}" and now is fine.

Still got the problem with the select box not closing in a collapsible list..

you will see 'Purpose of Call" - under that is a drop down list. This one works. A bit further down there's "Maintenance Quality" - the one under that does NOT work. Also "Species" and "Period" - they don't work either.
