SOLVED!
1) I set the "UIStatusBarHidden" - "YES'
2) Added Cordova Status Bar Plugin
3) codeStatusBar.show();/code on index.
Hello,
Thank you for update! Glad it works now!
Hello Galyna,
Sorry not Solved!
When i build the iOS app with "Release" checked, again the status bar and header texts are overlapping.
When i build the iOS app with "Release" unchecked, the header height is higher, status bar is not overlapping header text.
Do i need to adjust the header height manually?
Thanks,
Hello,
Could you please specify what library version and OS version you use for testing so that we would be able to reproduce the issue in details.
Hello,
Library Version 1.1 - iOS 9.3
Thanks,
Hello -
We can't reproduce such behavior, could you please share your app with support and tell us the name of the app.
Hi,
You don't need to check my app. Just do the followings:
1) Create a new Ionic app.
2) Don't change any settings, just build with the app with "iOS Binary" - "Release" checked.
3) Install the app to your iOS device.
4) Check the header height.
now do the same steps with "iOS Binary" - "Release" unchecked. Check the header height.
This is so simple. I just want the answer: Why the header height is changing? (Because it causes to status bar overlap)
(my ios device is iphone 5c)
Thanks for clarifying, I was able to reproduce it. I've reported this to our development team.
Please report when solved in this topic.
Thanks,
