I have been able to go inside thorugh a different internet network :203.116.19.83
However, I am not able to go with the below network IP:
202.156.11.10
This seems to me a network issue, rather than any browser or machine problem.
anyways, I used chrome, IE and firefox and problem persits in all projects

We don't see any requests from this IP 202.156.11.10 in logs. Looks like there is some network problems on your side. Please contact your ISP.
Now I am now facing problem with the another network 203.116.19.83. I was able to login through this network since yesterday.
I have checked with my ISP and there is no problem from their side.Please note that I am able to login successfully but not able to open any of the project. Also, all ISPs cannot have the problem. It has stopped working for second network as well.
Sorry...IP where it stopped working now is 202.156.10.13.
