Thanks for sharing your project it is very useful to see a working model. You said that 'you had some php scripts for receiving device registration and sending push messages'. How are you getting the device registration Key does your PHP scripts query GCM servers or does your app submit these to your server for your scripts to handle

So its Working for you?
My php scripts receive device registration and puts in mysql database.
The app connects to the GCM servers and gets the so called device id.
I believe tiggzi servers also get the device id after GSM.
Do you have a mysql DB and PHP on a server?

Hi Neil,

Tested your app by adding my settings and it works apart from sending a message from Tiggzi! The device registers and subscribes to the channels but sending a message fails it doesn't turn up. I think this has to do with the way I have the push settings but it cannot be a major issue and hopefully I will get it resolved.

As I said I am not a PHP developer I would like to set up a similar arrangement using .net and I may be able to convert the PHP or find a converter.

Ok I understand. I will pull the php files from my server and email to you. I dont know of any .net converter so cant help with that. lol
I will send later today as I'm busy with firewall crap!. lol
And still waiting for a fix for my tiggzi project from Max. 15hours and counting.....
