cannot delete mapping element??

I am still having this problem Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome. Cleared cache and cookies and everything still can't delete mapping element.

Did you try to reboot machine? What browsers versions do you have?

P.S You don't have to delete the service if all else fails click on create service response it will keep your fields but delete all the mapping.

Appery, I have the same issue do wish you would check it out. does the same in
IE (Fully updated windows 8 and Google Chrome, Downloaded three days ago

But Ya, It really Sucks when you have 50 mapped Items that you have to redo

Hi Willie,

This is a feature. Mapping is cleared as after you click "create service response" in service test all the service response will be recreated. If you don't do this, there will be old fields left that you don't need. Running automatically generating response, you want to see exactly those fields that are present in the response.

Yep, it's happening to me too, in Chrome. Unable to delete a mapping. It worked yesterday mind you. Don't really want to clear cache and cookies, restart browser, restart machine, delete service, in order to fix it. Just want to remove a mapping.

Hello Karl,

It's hard to say why it doesn't work today if it worked just yesterday. Clearing browser cache is the first advise which we can provide in such situation. If you don't want to do this, you may try to open Appery.io in another browser and try there.

I am still encountering this on Chrome. If it helps, it appears that there is some html element "covering" the delete icon so it is not clickable. In fact, clicking the mapping line within a quarter-inch of the destination of the arrow does not select the arrow. I have to click it more than a quarter-inch from the right hand list to select, then can't click the delete icon. The color change of the arrow on hover does not occur when hovering within a quarter-inch of the right list either. It looks like a z-index issue - you just need to move the div/span that is covering the delete icons and arrows to the back.

I can go into IE and delete them, but who actually WANTS to go into IE for anything! Please save me from ever having to use IE!

this is happening in Chrome Version 38.0.2125.111 m

it works in FF, but the entire interface looks different - the delete icon is a black circle with a dash in it. While in Chrome, it is a red circle with an X.

I have the same version of chrome. Please try to log out from the Builder and delete appcache for Appery.io
chrome://appcache-internals/
Then enter in the Builder, open a project and after opening please fully refresh the page again (ctrl+f5)
