Unfortunately there is nothing we can do here. Looks like it's really device issue, but we don't have such device to test and reproduce this problem.

i got it to work on Android but I'm having issues on iOS.

I'm not sure if selecting any of these options fixes the issue:

I created a different app to make sure it works and I'm able to show the screen. However, I'm not able to record (saying error code 3). Am I missing other iOS permissions?
