Trouble Sending Push Notifications

Hi There,
my notif works well on "sent" status (sending straight away).
however, I'd like to send a reminder 1 hr prior to a meeting time.
I am therefore trying to schedule the push notif.
I followed the tutorial but no luck so far ... it doesn't work.
may I ask you to check the att'd screenShot and confirm it is the way to make it work ?
thk you very much,
Eric

1/ push notif service showing at bottom right the 2 fields schedTime and timeZone
Image

2/ sched Time code : will appear in console on nxt screenShot
Image

3/ timeZone setting: Image

4/ console showing schedTime format

any advice ?
thks again in advance

Trouble Sending Push Notifications

Hi Eric,

Unfortunately, you missed some characters in in schedule time.
Your time should be according to the next template
preyyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.mmmZ/pre
instead of
preyyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.mmm/pre

Trouble Sending Push Notifications

Hi There, I hv inserted the T and Z within the scheduled time.
However, still doesn't send the notif. here after is the schedule tab report.
it's strange coz my device is in the GMT+9:00 and there is a "0" under the "time zone" field. in addition, under "status" it is indicated "sent" when it should be "wait" or something different than "sent", shouldn't it ?
any clue ?
Thks in advance,
Eric

Hi EJLD,

It seems you have wrong place for "sheduledTime" and "useDeviceTimezone" parameters.

Trouble Sending Push Notifications

Hi Yurii,
thks for your note.
I hv changed the setting based on "schedule" object as per your example.
however, it didn't send the push notif.
I'll recheck all setting tmrw and confirm to you.

in the mean time, pls see internally to amend the tutorial 'coz it looks like misleading not to say contradictory with your note (under Schedule object instead of Filter object):

Trouble Sending Push Notifications

Hi EJLD,

Thanks for your update. Note - if you schedule notification - it will send only in accordance to schedule settings(not immediately like without this section).

Please specify the tutorial with that problem.

Regards.
