I found a workaround that is, somewhat, acceptable. You can add an event "swyperight" and the add the javascript code that opens the menu. At least you get the native feeling of using your finger to show the menu instead of clicking the button.
But the focus, that the menu follows your finger, that the original facebook navigation has is stil missing. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Hello! Using JS you can change menu position the way you need. You can trace fingers coordinates and change menu position. This should help http://api.jquerymobile.com/swipe/

Did you test it in the browser or on device? It works fine for me in the browser.
On Browser it works fine.. but on android device with Appery.io tester getting problem.
