Exporting Project to Visual Studio ...Testing on Device Issue with Capabilities Manifest

Exporting Project to Visual Studio Issue...
I am unblocking the GapLib so that it runs. However, I can test on device because I get a Capabilities error.

Error 2 Installation of the application failed. Run time error has occurred. Fix the Capabilities in WMAppManifest.xml file.

Here is my Manifest file...

Code: Select all

Hi Carmelo,

Your WMAppManifest.xml content is not added.

Please open WMAppManifest.xml in Visual Studio and check errors in Capabilities section. Incorrect values will be underlined:

In VS 2013, it does not work even after fixing WMAppMainfest.xml

I can confirm removing these things doesn't allow the app to be deployed to a device, or emulator.
