What browsers does the cloud builder support? I am on Safari ver 5.0.6 and get this error even after refreshing several times.

It's a known error. If you refresh the page, everything will load fine.
As for browsers, you should use the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
I have refreshed several times and even restarted my browser without success.
Same in Chrome or Firefox?
OSx (10.5.8) doesnt not run Chrome or the newest firefox.
What versions of these browsers do you have?
the version of firefox supported for my system gives me the same error.
safari - 5.0.6
firefox - 3.6.28
These are very old.. I just checked even Safari 5.x won't work. You need the latest versions.
