When I test my app the splash screen appears but doesn't function to the homescreen after the few seconds I've instructed it to with java script. It used to work before Thursday but now it comes up with the error I've pasted above.

You might try the Google Chrome Alternate (offline) installer (https://support.google.com/installer/answer/126299?hl=en) to replicate the errors. That is what I am using on one of my PCs that is having the problem.
