Cannot Login on HTML version of app

I cannot login when using the HTML version of the app. Please can you send me links to documents on how to build proper login/registration. I dont see this as a topic.

I have found that the login does not work on a Blackberry Bold at all. We have now tested 3 different Blackberry Bold's and cannot login on any of them.

Other phones seem to work although more testing has shown funny things happening with the footer. Items scroll of the page to the right. Phone used Samsung SIII an Samsung S4

Unfortunately Blackberry is not supported. Could you post screenshot with issue on Samsung device?

I understand there is no native Blackberry app. I am referring to HTML which is standard no matter which phone uses it? Is this not correct? Why would the html version work on one phone's browser but not another? HTML is HTML.

Different devices have different browsers and different support for HTML and JavaScript. The BlackBerry has an old browser and probably not everything works with the latest jQuery Mobile version.
