I have followed 2 tutorials step by step and it appears the services are not connected to the DBs.

At one point I did a test query and it returned a "could not connect to the database.." listed a tiggzi address.

I have everything setup to match the video "Building a Mobile App with User Registration (October 22, 2013)" from your YouTube channel. The system sees the services available, pre-populates actions, recognized fields etc. However, it does not see the content in the collections, and will not write to the collection. I get the "error" alert. The alert message is just "fail" (which is the javascript response). A screenshot of that is not going to help. What other things can I screenshot for you? Again, I'm not familiar with the system... I'm just trying to test drive it.

I woke up this morning and it's all working.
So either it takes more the 4 hours for the data to propagate through the system, or someone fixed something.
I'd love to know which it was. I'm planning to run through a demo with some colleagues tomorrow and would like it to work like the tutorial (Real Time).
