Yes to all three. Is there a minimum required internet connection speed or something? Though every other website I go to seems fine.

When I get to enter the site there hardly is any problem afterwards (except probably for saving components) It's really just entering the site and loading the project

Are you sure you've cleared the cache? (Sometimes it's needs to be done several times)
