Service Doesn't work in APK

Hello, there is an issue with my apk file, its behaviour is different than the preview.
It should call a service but it doesn't, what would be the problem?

Does it works as expected when you tested in the browser?

Can you show the service settings, request/response parameters and the test tab results?

Hello IIlya, yes it does! in the browser everything is good, the problem starts in the android movil.

Have you tried with Proxy turned off before exporting to .apk file?

No! could it be that? theres is another services with proxy checked and works fine

On Test tab you have an empty response. What behaviour is expected? Create a new proxy here appery.io/proxy and use it on Preview.

Hi Katya, it just must show a msg on succes, should i have one proxy id for every service? is there a problem if i don't use this proxy id's i mean cause i don't use the backend services?

If you want to use the same proxy for all services, you can create it on the above link. It will look like GUID. Proxy cannot be used as a number. Backend services is not this. You should use proxy for cross-domain requests.

ok but when I export to the apk should I have uncheck the proxy ?
I tried exporting with this unchecked and services doesn't work
