deviceID in ios 5.1.1 (iPAD)

Hello,
I'am workin on implementing PUSH in my app and everything works as aspected, but I can't get deviceID on an iPAD (first model) with iOS 5.1.1 (last iOS permitted on that hardware). The method I use for querying deviceID is the usual way getting pushNotificationDeviceID in deviceReady function.

no, the database device record is not added. If I use Android devices or iPhones with ios 7 all the records are (automatically) added. From what I can understand by reading the page you have linked there are no issues PhoneGap side.

You are right, we tested iPAD (first model) with iOS 5.1.1 and couldn't get PUSH notification neither. Unfortunately it's a bag. We reported it and will get back to you with update.
