Video and Audio Components not working on Android

Hi

I am opening a new issue regarding this subject.

Recording video and sound works perfectly. I can use the Video as well as the audio component to playback video or sound perfectly if the video or sound file is stored on the device.

When the video and audio file is uploaded to the files collection and want to play it back, the following happens....

It works perfectly in a web browser. I can play video as well as sound.

The problem is that on an Android device (I have not tested with IOS yet), the video or audio cannot be played.

I have read many posts regarding issues with the html video and audio component. However my question is why would it work if the audio and video file is stored on the device but not when it is stored in the files collection in the appery database.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Provide us with more details about specifics of your issue:

Android version on your device;
what video/audio format you are using (provide us with files samples);
what Libraries version and project type (JQM/AngularJS) you are using within our builder;
