I wanted create a new version with xcode from my project. I saw in the xcode that the version/build number is different from app settings. I checked in the source end i saw in plist file an old version numbers.
I modified in the xcode and created a new version to upload. This is worked till yesterday.
When i upload with xcode i get two error message. Version is existing ....
I cannot upload to app store.

It is not clear, if you're editing your project outside Appery.io and building it in xCode everything should work.
What version do you get in iTunes Connect and what version you've set in xCode?

Step by step
developing with appery.io platform
export xcode project
open with xcode (xcode is the latest version)
and now you can see the different.
i change the version and bulid number in xcode

archiving
validate
upload with xcode .... this is not success and xcode say "... wrong version/biuld number" becouse i have a "SAME (???) version 1.85 ..." This is a big surpise! not 1.56 not 1.9 ... 1.85???
This true. I have a 1.85 version but this is 1.90 (or 1.56 from appery xcode project)
