Hi, I seem to be getting some kind of error when I try to upload my iOS distribution cert. Thanks in advance
Hi James -
Unfortunately it's a bug - we've reported it and we'll fix it as soon as possible.
Any information on when this bug might be fixed?
Thanks
Hi James -
This bug is not consistent in our test cases, could you please confirm that it's reproducible for you with more consistency?
Hi Illya
The result seems to be different for me now. I no longer get the error but the certificate doesn't upload still
I need to be able to upload this certificate. Is there a way I can get around this. Are you able to upload it for me?
What result do you get when trying to upload certificate file, could you please show us screen shot?
As above. I tried one time and got no error but it did not upload. Every other time I am getting the error as i have posted above. Can you please provide a solution or work around as i need to upload this as soon as possible
James -
The only workaround solution that we found so far, is to try uploading certificate file in FireFox browser, before the uploading it is better to clear browser cache (Ctrl + F5 Win or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
I did try this previously. I noticed when i try it on Safari I do not get to choose which platform the Cert is for, Android or iOS, and i get the errors on the page.
When i use firefox, I can select the platform but when i click import the dialog box to does not disappear and nothing happens.
I did also clear both browser caches.
