Appery offline again

Guys, the system is completely unavailable again. Can't get to https://appery.io/app/projects. http://appery.io/ loads fine but no login to apps button. After long wait I get "We are pushing some new updates
We will be back shortly, and while you wait, please visit Appery.io resources"

This seems to be happening more and more often these days. Any status on the issue this am? Also will Appery be posting on Twitter or here when they have planned sysmods or are enacting emergency sysmods? This lack of communication with end-users is frustrating and impacting project delivery. I'm willing to pay more for a premium class of service if that's what it takes. Love the app and services but the speed and lack of availability is killing me.

looks like it all just came up a few mins after I posted this. Good deal. Still, can someone pls address the communication piece for when issues do arise and also if possible for a non-enterprise plan to get a higher availability/speed of service? thanks all

I can't log in. I was in the middle of using the system and received no notifications of updates, then I noticed the save button was stuck in 'saving' so I restarted my browser and now can't log in.

I fully agree with the comment above, the complete lack of communication regarding updates is extremely frustrating. When this happens the first thing I do is look at the Twitter feed it says nothing about updates.

followup.... 40 mins after I posted this my project locked up in the middle of a project test (it was trying to save for 5 mins) and I lost 30 mins of solid work. If Appery is doing systems maint you need to disable all logins until your changes are tested... then release and enable logins.

Katya, appreciate the update. Can you or someone else please announce when it's "safe" to login and do work for the day? I don't want to waste anymore time than I already have. I see the login is back up but I'm gun-shy now.

This problem is caused by increasing load on the servers. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict when the problem occurs. The situation will get better after the nearest release - the new server is going to be added.

If you could pass on the suggestion, a possible stop-gap solution to managing user expectations might be to communicate whenever the servers are nearing the red-line via Twitter. The obvious other suggestions are to expedite the release or even dedicate more infrastructure resources towards the problem. Obviously we don't know the details on even if the later two are possible but managing user expectations re availability and performance should be highest on the company's priority list during this major issue. It's not a small thing.
