Google Maps returning random map points.

Your DB structure should be like on below screenshot

I think I figured out what was happening. I only had the street address in the locations column in the database. I didn't put city, state or zip code. I think it was finding that street address everywhere in the country. I removed the old ebtries and replaced them with full addresses and it is only finding the locations in the database now. Thanks for all of your help.
