Problem with footer and navbar

I have a list in container and a navbar in footer . When I enter the screen , I the navbar is in the right place .

when I navigate to the another screen and go back to that screen , the navbar is after list.

Can you tell me why is it happen? and How can I fix the position of the navBar ?

I think it happens because you scrolled all the way down. If you scroll up, the footer should cover the page again. You should also test on the actual device -- that's where the app will be running.
