Open Screen is completely blank

Hi,

When I select my app and then select "Open", the browser screen becomes completely blank. This occurs using both the latest Chrome and FireFox browsers. How can I fix this?

I've just managed to successfully open your project, so it's ok. Couid you please try to log our from Appery.io, clear browser cache and cookies and re-log in? Or try the third browser?

Hi Evgene,

I logged out and cleared browser cache for 3 browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Chrome.

Then I logged in, selected Reliability and then Open. Blank screens for all 3 browsers. Note I can select Test and the phone model does show up.

How can I fix this?

Could you please check, whether you can open another projects? Also please try to create backup of this project and then restore the project from the backup and open it?
