I changed it form popup to page to make sure weather popup is creating problem or not.
Just click on "forgot password" link on login page and you will get error.

You use link with URL http://appery.io and Click - Navigate to page action for this component. So after you click two actions two actions are triggered - navigating to http://appery.io and navigating to page. Use Label component instead of Link (you can make it to look like Link)
