Which credentials are you referring to. My username/password for Appery.io or the Login credentials to get into the app?
If you are referring to the first..... Does sharing the app with support not give you that access?
If you are referring to the second, simply register. It only takes a second.

I have long since deleted the test db. It did not change anything, I still could not push and my app just crashed on logon.
Thats is not the issue though.
This app needs to work on the current db. If you managed to create a test db and it works then it still does not resolve my issue.
I am not going to create a new db again as this app is live and we are wasting time! We must get it working on the current db. Please can u check why it is not working with the current db?

Ok so I went and looked at the push console. All of a sudden I have 54 registered devices????????
How does this now all of a sudden work I am now receiving push. I have done nothing since I have logged this call. Did you change anything to make it work?
When does a phone get registered? On initial download of the app or whenever it runs the app or on updates?
