My project has stopped working unexpectedly.
Analyzing the project when access source Web Resources. Appear a few files (html files 4 appears, with my 14 pages) and using the UNDO all sources changes nothing happens.
Note: for more than 20 days to make no change in the code directly.
Please help me, my last backup is 30 hours ago, I lost a lot of work

We'll check but it will take some time.
Just to add more information, before problem occours, I use Appery Test App for Android, and try to load my APP (that don't work). I don't know if this is the problem, but its unique different thing that I did.

Did you try restore previous App versions?
If I restore previous, works perfectly, but I will lost 1 day work

I'm 100% sure I understand what exactly happened with your files....
I will try explain better:
About Content:
-My project have:
23 page:
3 popups
28 services
4 javascript files
Each page have many buttons that navigate between pages or invoke services or javascript.
Issue 1: when I click in a simple button for navigate, nothing happens
Issue 2: when I click in a button that direct to a popup (for users make a login with login service), Nothing happens
Issue 3: if I create a new page with new buttons with simple onClick navigate to another page, nothing happens.
Conclusion: my system stop working because I can't login, I can't navigate.
SOLUTION:
remove: HTML component with iframe to outside page, now system works
The only problem now is that I cannot see Source Web Resources, I can't see my files there....
Looks like the iframe was causing some JavaScript errors...it's very much possible that an error in one place will cause the app stop working. That's JavaScript 
On to the other issue. Can you post a screen shot of Sources Web Resources? You don't see any files there at all?
