Device not registering on install

Hi there,

I understand that when you install the app on a device and open it, the device should become registered and a record created in the device table.

This does not seem to be occurring. It was working about a week ago, but more recently is has not worked. Despite having the app running on my device, there is no record entry.

Consequently I can't get push notification working etc.

Try reconnect the database in Push settings and rebuild and reinstall the app.

I tried what you suggested but it didn't work.

I also got this error when I tested the app through the browser. Is this related to the issue?

Failed to load resource: the server https://api.appery.io/rest/push/reg/ responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)

when I clicked on the server link, I got the following:

I tested again, didn't get the error. But the device didn't register after following your directions.

Are you set correct API key, without any additional characters in it, please check it.

And what device you using for testing?

Yes I have just rechecked my api key and it is correct. There aren't any additional characters.

I am testing on a nexus 4. running the current os.

1) App name
2) Test credentials if login functionality is implemented in your app
3) Detailed steps to reproduce the issue
