Database Import: Incorrect Date Format

I'm getting an area when I try and import a collection. The date format "yyyy-mm-dd 00:00:00.000" worked before; now I get an error stating that only "yyyy-mm-dd" works. When I adjust to that format, I get the same error.

What am I doing wrong?

It also doesn't work with the app when I create it as a :string instead of :date

Disregard. It was a formatting issue in the CSV.
