Could you clarify did you change any code on "Source" tab ?

I have create a new screen and then deleted it. However, that was not getting deleted from the source tab. Then I go manually to source tab to delete the same.

Apart from that, I have not changed any code in the source files.

One more insight I want to give you is:

I have included some external java script using create new Java script options. App was working for quite some time after including java scripts, but suddenly it stopped working

I somehow got to resolve the issue. It was due to some of the javascripts which I introduced. I had removed all those java scripts and it started working.

Please don't do anything now. Thanks for your support !!

I am planning to again insert those javascripts at later point in time. Will let you know oif I face the same problem.
