App testing on the platform: It gives an error "Something did not work (500)"

Unable to run tests. Keeps on giving this error inside the phone image. Also tried to use on App Tester app from Appery on the device. Same error.

Here is the bad thing:

One of my apps BOS3 (shared with support) is no longer able to Test, save changes or otherwise export after the maintenance release. The cetificate P12 file was lost as well. I have now added the file, but as soon as I try to test the app, run export or make change to save, it gives me an error message, "Something did not work".

I opened another app that I started after the maintenance release and it works fine, able to test and export.

Is there a library change or something that I have to do to the BOS3 app to make it compatible with the newly updated platform?
