Can't Edit App

Illya - I'm curious: if no upgrades were pushed yesterday, why on two separate occasions when working on my app did I receive notification that I should refresh my browser for changes recently made?

There was a problem on our side and we had to restart server. That is why you saw that message and we are sorry about confusion.
