Hi Joe -
What error message you get?
Can you try to generate this service via Create new Database services to see if it works?
Hi Max,
I have generated the service and using existing user credentials tested the service which returns a successful response, the results are copied from the Response are below! This service has always worked until yesterday no changes have been made to the App we have drivers out who have active jobs and no other means of updating their work flow without this App other than to resort to a phone call!

When did you generate the service? I'm asking because one of the parameters is Tiggzi -- that was changed long time ago to Appery.io name.
Hi Max,
The service has been in place for a long time the service I have just produced has no reference to Tiggzi, as I mentioned earlier no changes have been made to the applications that are out in the field.
Regards,
Joe
I have just tested creating the service on a totally new application and this works fine, it would appear that the changes you made yesterday are not backward compatible!
Will you please respond to the points I have made I feel that it is an important if you freely update your interface in a way that breaks existing applications without pre-warning users then why release applications built on your platform?
Can you post the entire service information so we can test it? Or, share the app with support.
