Yep, it is. The first 2 labels (initialize & register) are successfully shown as DONE, but the 3rd label (message) just remain unchanged and no push are received.

Hello! Did you upload iOS push certificates?
Yes I did, even recreated the certificate and changed the password and upload. Still doesn't work.
Hello! Please share your app with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a so we can take a look.
Hi there,
Shared the app. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi,
We'll test but it will take some time.
Thanks, I got it working. By the way, so far I am only able to push the badge number and the message which only appear when I open the app, or when the app is already opened. If my screen is locked, there are no notification appearing on my screen. Also, my app didn't appear in the "Settings Notification Center" page. Is that meant to be how it works?

How exactly are you testing your app on a device and what iOS version are you using?
After installing your app (from .ipa file) on a device it should appear in Notification center:
If you want to receive push notifications on the lock screen, you need to tick "Show on Lock Screen":
Ah okay, so does it mean that it only works when I test on my iPhone using .ipa file? Cause I've been using Xcode to build on my iPhone all the time.
